Winning Ideas
A successful winning idea involves a school garden that:
- Engages children, young people, parents, teachers, family, friends, and local businesses
- Complements an in-class program of planting, growing, cooking, and/or related activity
- Involves Canadian public schools and their grounds
- Can be realistically implemented by [date] ???
- Awarded funds by the Foundation would be to organizations that are a registered charity with Canada Revenue Agency, such as publicly-funded grade or high schools, municipalities, or government entities
- Submitted in one of Canada’s two official languages (English or French)
